As a therapist, I hold two things as healing guides: The wisdom of the creative mind and the power of the clinical relationship. I bring a heart-centered, warm, and intuitive approach to therapy by honoring the relationship between soul, self, and the systemic structures in our lives.
Holistic by nature, I utilize EMDR, emotionally-focused therapy, and a depth approach to facilitate experiences in the therapy room that account for the light and shadow present within each of us, often leading to a deep reverence for the challenges life presents.
